I've been in the health and fitness industry since 2012. I am a Level 2 Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition (Pn2) as well as a certified personal trainer (ACSM-CPT) and certified functional strength coach (CFSC).
When I first began studying nutrition in 2015, my goal was to feel less intimidated by the topic. I wanted to be able to sort through the BS and feel confident in my own nutritional decisions before I started coaching it.
As it is, there is SO MUCH information about nutrition out there. And it's often conflicting! My primary goal when working with clients is to SIMPLIFY their approach to nutrition. We sort through the complicated and focus on what will *actually* help them get results based on the circumstances they CURRENTLY have.
And, in the process, they develop self-trust with their nutritional decisions. They develop the confidence to not only choose their actions but to own the outcomes- without shame, guilt, or regret; Something I like to call #intentionalliving!
